- Treatment plan: The SAP creates a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.
- Education: You complete a tailored education program based on your evaluation results.
- Follow-up evaluation: The SAP conducts a follow-up evaluation to ensure you're ready to return to duty.
- Compliance report: The SAP files a compliance report with the Clearinghouse and notifies your employer.
- Return to duty drug test: You take a final drug test to confirm compliance and clear to return to work.
